FOUNDER
Mr. Freddy Madera García, who was the founder and managing partner of the firm (1974 - 2009) was president of the Institute of Authorized Public Accountants of the Dominican Republic in two periods and the first representative of the Dominican Republic before the Inter-American Accounting Association. In the teaching area he was director of the Accounting School of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, Professor of Costs for 25 years and professor of Bachelor and Master's degrees in several universities in the country. He excelled as an advisor and investor for large local private sector corporations. He was the creator of the Department of Internal Audit of the General Directorate of Customs, Deputy General Director of the General Directorate of Internal Taxes, Comptroller General and Administrative Manager of the State Sugar Council, among other positions he held in public administration.

EDUARDO GADEA, JUNIOR PARTNER
Eduardo Gadea Madera, has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with specialization in financial markets and is a Certified Tax Consultant (CTC) by the Tax Association of the Dominican Republic, he became a tax and consulting partner after several years of development in different areas of the firm. Eduardo has taken national and international courses and seminars including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Auditing Standards (NIA), Prevention of Money Laundering, among others, in addition to having extensive management of tax laws. He is in charge of representing the firm before PrimeGlobal, for which he has attended various trainings in various countries such as Mexico, Spain and Italy.

PATRICIA MADERA, MANAGING PARTNER
Patricia Madera Soriano, current managing partner of the firm, has a bachelor's degree in accounting, master's degree in integral auditing and management control and specialization in management accounting from the University of Valencia and audit training by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant in the College of Certified Public Accountants of Puerto Rico. After her experience in one of the big firms, she joined the Madera Soriano Consultores team in 1990, where she has continuously developed her career in the different service areas. She obtained the international representation of PrimeGlobal in 2002 and led the firm in the absence of Mr. Freddy Madera during his efforts in the public sector until 2009, when he assumed office management. She chaired the Department of Continuing Education of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the Dominican Republic and was part of the Ethics Committee of that institution.
Maura Pujols, holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with more than 20 years of experience in auditing companies in the commercial, industrial and private sectors. Her experience includes external audit work, review and evaluation of internal control, design and implementation of accounting, administrative and financial systems and manuals, and work on internal control and company restructuring.

MANUEL LOMBERT
LEGAL MANAGER
Has a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) of Santo Domingo, with academic distinction Summa Cum Laude. Manuel has extensive knowledge of Labor Law, entering into constitutional aspects of it, which are reflected at the level of deepening in his project "Legal analysis on the existing collision between non-specific labor rights and the fundamental rights of the employer." Dedicating his professional practice in the branches of Corporate Law, Administrative Law and Tax Law, in addition to providing advice to clients regarding contractual matters. He speaks fluently Spanish, English and has advanced knowledge of French
ROBERT PUFFLER
TAX ADVISORY MANAGER
Robert has a degree in accounting with a master's degree in tax accounting. Certified Tax Consultant (CTC) by the Tax Association of the Dominican Republic (ATRIRD), has more than 10 years of professional experience in the accounting and tax areas. He has extensive knowledge of companies from different sectors. He is an active member of the Institute of Authorized Public Accountants of the Dominican Republic.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Has a degree in Psychology, specializing in Industrial Psychology and extensive experience and experience in the firm, with more than a decade managing the service of outsourcing of human resources, election and formalization of contracts, control and registration of personnel files, service Compilation and management of information related to salaries, payroll management and social insurance, permit management, vacations, overtime, sick leave and general technical assistance in human resources.
